Welcome to Genesis Remastered! The following terms apply to all players.

1. Non-commercial and volunteer operated

Genesis is a completely free to play game maintained and administered by unpaid volunteers.

2. Mature content

Genesis Remastered contains mature themes and content that may not be suitable for younger players. By accessing and participating in the game, you acknowledge and accept that this content may be encountered within the game. Access to some content may be restricted by age verification and will be limited to only those that are 18 years or older.

3. Privacy not guaranteed

Genesis Remastered is an open world filled with mystery and magic. This means that even when you appear to be alone, privacy is not guaranteed, as actions and communications may be seen or overheard by unseen fellow players. Some aspects of the game may also be logged and reviewed for administrative or technical purposes. Communications within the game, forums, and official Discord server may be reviewed for compliance with the rules.

4. Assumption of risk

By participating in Genesis, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Genesis does not guarantee the availability, security, or safety of the game, its forums, website, Discord server, or any other associated platforms. It is your responsibility to ensure that your actions within our community comply with local and international laws. Do not send us communications that come from outside the game, forums, or official Discord server unless you have confirmed all relevant two-party consent laws are properly adhered to.

5. Compliance with rules

Players are expected to know and adhere to the game rules outlined on our rules page, also available in-game as help rules. Compliance with these rules is essential to maintaining a positive and enjoyable experience for all players. Failure to follow the rules may result in penalties, including suspension, permanent removal of your character(s), or blocked access. The enforcement of these rules is at the discretion of the Genesis Remastered administration.

By choosing to play Genesis Remastered, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the game and its related services.
