Genesis Remastered is an updated version of the original LPMud. The original game was first crafted in the early 1990s, before the days of the web. While this is a remaking of the original, we would be remiss to not call out the contributions that have been made.

The license terms provide explicit rights for those with access to the code. For those wishing to create their own experience, or learn more about how such a game is built, the license is fairly permissive. This code is not provided directly by the administrators of the original game, but the license terms were written by them. We would ask that anybody that access the code to respect them.

The modified versions of the game code are not available at this time. This may change in the near future.
