3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, and that of our users or the public.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for game functionality. These are required for the site and the game client to work, and cannot be turned off.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how players find and use this site. Analytics cookies are not set unless you agree to them. Nothing is requested from Google, and no analytics cookie is created, until you choose Accept on the consent banner.
The cookies involved are:
- gr_consent - records whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we do not ask you again for six months. It contains no identifier and cannot be used to track you. This one is set regardless of your choice, because it is what remembers your choice.
- _ga and _ga_* - set by Google Analytics, only after you accept. These do identify your browser across visits.
You may change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. If you withdraw consent, the analytics cookies are deleted immediately.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal and game data indefinitely to maintain your account and preserve game history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see section 7).
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- View the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt out of non-essential tracking/analytics
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
7. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your privacy rights or ask questions about this policy, please mail the AOP (Admin Ops Team) in-game. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
